Prepare The Ingredients

1. Pat the chicken breasts dry.

2. Slice the zucchini into long halves and season with salt.

3. Chop fresh mint

4. Dice apple

Cook Couscous

1. Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan with a pinch of salt and 2 scoops of Zesty Herbs FLAVRBOMBS™.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of couscous, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and mix well.

3. Pour the boiled water over the couscous mixture, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes.

4. Fluff the couscous with a fork and stir in the diced apple and fresh mint.

Grill Zucchini

1. Brush the zucchini with 2 tbsp of olive oil and add 2 scoops of Zesty Herbs FLAVRBOMBS™.

2. Grill over medium-high heat until tender and charred.

Pan-seared Chicken Breast (Reverse Seasoning)

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt.

2. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan.

3. Pan-sear the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Remove from heat and immediately season with 2 scoops of Zesty Herbs FLAVRBOMBS™.

Serve The Dish

1. Plate the apple mint couscous alongside zucchinis and chicken breast

2. Enjoy!
