We want you to enjoy what you cook. If you are not happy with your order, contact us at info@flavrbombs.com within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund you.

You do not need to send anything back.
We cannot resell opened food products, so there is nothing to be gained by having you pay to ship them back to us. Just tell us what went wrong and we will take care of the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items or gift cards.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
