Chicken and potatoes in one pan is about as ordinary as a weeknight gets, and that is exactly why it is worth seasoning properly. Tasty Tandoori FLAVRBOMBS™ has enough warmth in it — ginger, coriander, cardamom, a little cayenne — to turn the skin a deep rust colour and scent the whole tray. The potatoes go in first so they crisp rather than sit in the chicken fat, and a lemony yogurt drizzle at the end keeps it from feeling heavy. One tray, one bowl to wash.

Chicken and potatoes in one pan is about as ordinary as a weeknight gets, and that is exactly why it is worth seasoning properly.

Ingredients
blank
8 Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1½ lb Baby potatoes
2 Red onions
⅔ cup Plain full-fat yogurt
1 Lemon
½ Bunch of cilantro
2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt
6 scoops Tasty Tandoori FLAVRBOMBS™

Large sheet pan
small mixing bowl
knife
cutting board
measuring cups and spoons
Directions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Halve the baby potatoes. Cut each red onion into six thick wedges, leaving the root end attached so they hold together.
Pat the chicken thighs thoroughly dry with paper towel. Dry skin is the whole difference between crisp and rubbery.
Roughly chop the cilantro and cut the lemon in half.
blank
Toss the halved potatoes with 1 tbsp of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and 2 scoops of Tasty Tandoori FLAVRBOMBS™.
Spread them cut side down on the sheet pan with space between each one so they roast rather than steam.
Roast for 15 minutes while you season the chicken.
blank
Rub the chicken thighs with the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and 3 scoops of Tasty Tandoori FLAVRBOMBS™. Work some of it under the skin as well as over the top.
Pull out the pan, nestle the thighs skin side up among the potatoes and tuck the onion wedges into the gaps.
Return to the oven for 30 minutes, until the skin is deeply browned and the thickest part of a thigh reads 165°F (74°C).
Let the tray rest for 5 minutes before serving.
blank
Stir 1 scoop of Tasty Tandoori FLAVRBOMBS™ into the yogurt with the juice of half the lemon and a pinch of salt.
Bring the tray straight to the table. Spoon the yogurt over the chicken or serve it alongside for dipping.
Scatter the cilantro over everything and cut the remaining lemon half into wedges for squeezing.
