Craving a warm, hearty meal to fight off the November chill? We present to you our Mexican Chicken Soup! Packed with tender chicken, bold spices, and FLAVRBOMBS magic, it’s the ultimate bowl of comfort.

Ingredients

6 chicken thighs
1 green bell pepper
2 jalapeños
2 tbsp of lime juice
4 cups of chicken stock
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 small can of corn
2 cans of black beans
2 tbsp of tomato paste
Shredded cheese (any kind)
Salt
Holy Carnitas FLAVRBOMBS

Directions

Prepare the ingredients

Roughly dice the onions, green pepper and jalapenos
Extract the juice from 1 lime, or use bottled lime juice
Cut chicken thighs into strips and season with salt, and 2 scoops of Holy Carnitas FLAVRBOMBS

Cook the soup

Heat the large sized pot on medium high heat
Add onions, green peppers, jalapeños and sauté till softened
Add chicken strips into the pot and cook until color is developed
Reduce the heat to medium, add tomato paste and stir until evenly coated ~1 minute
Add the lime juice, chicken stock, diced tomatoes, corn, and black beans
Stir everything together, and reduce heat to medium low
Let simmer for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally

Serve the dish

Portion soup into a bowl with a ladle
Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top
Enjoy!
