One Pot Piri Piri Chicken and Rice
Chicken and rice simmered in one pot with red peppers, peas and a little tomato, ready in 30 minutes. Piri Piri seasons the chicken and the rice as they cook together, so the smoky paprika runs through every spoonful and there is only one pot to wash.
