Korean BBQ Honey-Drizzled Pork Chops with Rice and Rapini
Pan-seared pork chops brushed with a honey-mustard glaze, served with seasoned basmati rice and blanched rapini, all in about 25 minutes. Korean BBQ brings brown sugar, chili and toasted sesame, which caramelize on the chops and soften the bitter edge of the rapini.
