2 bell peppers (any color), halved, seeds removed, and thinly sliced

1 lb beef strips (like flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

Prepare the Ingredients:

 

• Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and slice them into thin strips.

• Add the sliced peppers to a mixing bowl, season with a pinch of salt, and toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

• Add 1 scoop of Holy Carnitas FLAVRBOMBS™ to the peppers and toss until they are evenly coated.

 

Cook the Peppers:

 

• Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.

• Once hot, add the seasoned sweet peppers to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until they begin to soften.

• Remove the peppers from the pan and set aside.

 

Cook the Beef:

 

• In a mixing bowl, season the beef strips with a pinch of salt and toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

• Add the beef to the same hot frying pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the beef is cooked through.

Combine and Finish:

 

• Add the cooked bell peppers back to the pan with the beef.

• Stir everything together for a final mix, ensuring all the ingredients are well combined and heated through.
